SUMMER 2026 JUNIOR ROWING CAMPS

Our Summer Holidays Junior Rowing Camps introduce young people aged 12–18 to the fundamentals of rowing in a safe, supportive and enjoyable environment at our Dukes Meadow site in West London.

Each rowing camp will run over 5 consecutive weekdays with two daily sessions to choose from, 09:30–12:30 or 13:30–16:30.

We need a minimum of 8 participants per session for the programme to run, so morning and afternoon sessions may be consolidated.

The week is designed by our coaches to build your skills and confidence, so we recommend attending the full week to get the most out of it.

This camp is a great way for teenagers to try one of the UK’s most iconic river sports, develop confidence on the water and build fitness while learning the fundamentals of rowing.

No previous rowing experience is required, and specialist equipment is not needed.

Participants must be aged 12–18 and be able to swim at least 50 metres confidently in light clothing

All sessions are delivered by experienced qualified coaches and supported by trained club volunteers. Brentford Boat Club is affiliated to British Rowing, the sport’s governing body.
